CONVERGENCE Memphis is a partnership with the Mortgage Bankers Association and the Tennessee Housing Development Agency, which was created to advance the mission of increasing Black and minority homeownership in the Memphis area.
CONVERGENCE Memphis aims to promote affordable housing and increase Black and minority homeownership by hosting homebuyer fairs, offering financial education courses, and providing affordable housing practitioners the tools they need to improve their outreach strategies.
